‣ For the Artist:
• I retain all rights to the commission, which includes but not limited to: self-promotion, display on public sites, commission samples (please see PRICE for private commission listing).
• I do not take credit for ownership or design of the characters featured in the commission.
• I retain the right to refuse commissions I am not confident or comfortable with drawing.
• I retain the right to use discarded materials from canceled commissions for my future work.‣ For the Client:
• Commission is for personal purpose ONLY. No commercial use under any means.
• Commission for youtuber, V-tuber clients: Approved usage is limited to self-promotion, social media update, video thumbnail, avatar, header, banner, profile pic with credit to the artist.
• Using commission in blockchain technology (NFT or any other forms of crypto-currency) is strictly prohited.
• Putting commission in any kind of AI art-generated website/ tools (i.e. Midjourney, Mimic, etc...) is strictly prohited.
• Resize, crop for icons, wallpapers or other personal use are welcomed.

II. Payment and Specifications

• Payment method: Paypal (USD). Payment must be upfront.
• I can draw: fanarts, OCs, knight armors, non-human creatures (preferrably soulsborne type)

• I cannot draw: mecha, real people portrait, NSFW content
• File size: A4 300 dpi, .PGN format unless requested otherwise.

III. Process

• Please send me a detailed description / references of your ideas.
• I will create an initial sketch based on that. You are free to request adjustments in this step.
• Once sketch is finalized, invoice will be issued.
• Process officially starts once payment is received.
• Commission takes around 1 to 2 months depending on the workload. If there is delay you will be notified.
• Update will be sent on every finished steps (line art / base colour / near finished).
• You get 3 revisions in this stage.
• After the art is done, extra revisions will be charged.

• If you wish to cancel after the sketch stage there will be no charge.
• If you cancel at the lineart, you will be refunded 50%.
• Further than that there would be no refund.
• If I could not complete the commission, you will be refund 100% the net amount I receive from Paypal.
